Rich is the President and Managing Director of ISC Financial Advisors. He has worked in the investment advisory business specializing in retirement planning for 25 years. His major focus is working with small to mid size companies providing guidance on fiduciary responsibilities for the business owner and retirement plan education to help the employees achieve their retirement goals. In addition he has developed a great deal of investment relationships with the participants in the plans we work with.

Prior to joining ISC in 1987, Rich spent 4 years with IDS/American Express and 3 years in the U.S. Army. Rich has a BS degree from Mankato State University with a double major in Accounting and Business Administration with a finance concentration. He also has achieved an MBA from St. Thomas University in St Paul.

He is active in a number of charitable and civic organizations in the community including the United Way, the Salvation Army Board, the Naeve Healthcare Foundation hospital board, and various parenting and Child Abuse Prevention programs. Rich and his wife Sandy have four adult children and there is nothing he finds more enjoyable than spending time with them and their families especially the grandchildren.
