We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented operations associate to join our team and support our 401K and private wealth operations.

You will be responsible for various tasks related to client service, data management, cash management, rebalancing, and reporting.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in education days, fund research, and automation projects.

To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, and at least two years of experience in the financial services industry.

You should also have excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM databases.

You should also be eligible for, or already have, Series 65 licensing within 90 days of hire.

  • Participant education days curriculum development and presentations
  • Create Trustee books and Fiduciary Files for 401K plans
  • Onboard new 401K participants and send out enrollment material
  • Run quarterly monitoring reports and summarize them
  • Build 401K allocation models in FI 360 and create reports for Trustees
  • Fund research for changes to investment lineups and implementation
  • Look into automation or streamline enrollment emails/new client intake/onboarding
  • Schwab 401K plan rebalancing/trading
  • Assist team with database management in CRM and other systems
  • Manage lead uploads into CRM and email marketing campaigns
  • Cash management strategies implementation and monitoring
  • Rebalancing quarterly, raising cash for fees and client requests
  • Data gathering and entry- Outside asset/account info collection, input into MGP and rebalancing
  • Client meeting follow up tasks
  • Mutual fund share class conversions
  • Tax return collection / tax letters
  • Other ad hoc requests/reports from Advisors


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • At least two years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and other systems
  • Series 65 licensing eligible within 90 days of hire or have already obtained
